Jared D Najjar-Partner
Jared Najjar is an attorney, lobbyist, and business advisor based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He has a diverse practice, representing a wide variety of clients and industries.
Jared has litigated high-stakes cases throughout the country. He also regularly helps businesses and startups with outside general counsel services, covering issues regarding entity formation, legal risk management, regulatory compliance, employment, real estate, and general business law.
As a business owner and entrepreneur, Jared can relate to the needs of his clients, and he strives to help them avoid problems before they arise.

Drew Setter-Partner
Drew has 23 years of experience working in government and public affairs on a wide variety of issues including economic development, education reform, renewable energy, health care, regulatory affairs, and taxation policy in both the public and private sectors.
Setter worked closely with the sponsors of the New Mexico Cannabis Regulation Act over the past several years to help secure its passage in March of 2021. Further, Drew has been heavily engaged with the new Cannabis Control Division.
Drew previously worked in Washington, D.C. in the office of Congressman Sander Levin and has helped run several other companies involved with lobbying and public affairs.
Setter holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies with emphasis in Economic, Political Science, and Sociology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
Howard Funchess-Partner
Howard has over twenty years of finance experience during which time he has managed large organizations with over $200 million in revenue to new start-ups. Howard spent six years in public accounting prior to his work in industry, these six years guided him to understand the challenges associated with operating a business in multiple markets and in various industries. Howard understands each entity has its own set of hurdles and complexities. It is those hurdles and complexities that Howard has learned to manage and overcome. Howard’s experience ranges from raising capital of over $200 million to forming a new company from the ground up. His experience in financial reporting is impeccable, his knowledge of strategic planning and financial forecasting is unparalleled, which makes him the right business partner for your organization.

Andrew Moore-Senior Consultant
Andrew has over 7 years of legal experience working with small business owners on various cannabis issues. Such issues include regulatory compliance, permits, real estate, business formation, and banking.
Andrew earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond in 2009.
